We have moved over to our new email server. The time frame on this move was accelerated due to the old email server deciding it was through.

Anyway, here are the changes that you will need to make to your email package on your computer to get your mail from the new server.

Incoming Email (POP3 Server): mail.symo.com
Outgoing Email (SMTP Server): mail.symo.com

 

Now you need to update your account login and password information. You new account name is simply your full email address. Your default login password is just the part of your email address before the @ symbol. For example, if your email address is bob@gnv.net, your new login info will be:

Account Login: bob@gnv.net
Password: bob

To update your login password, just visit mail.symo.com with your web browser. Once you login with your email address and default password, you will be given options for updating your password, and other email account defaults.
